Experiences

Since my childhood, I have always been curious about how things work. This curiosity has driven me to explore various fields in computer science, from software development to system administration. The passion came when I had my first computer and started to play around with it, later I discovered programming thanks to Minecraft plugins and I was hooked ever since. The idea to transform this passion into a career came during my high school years, where I attended to computer/electronic classes. I realized that I could turn my hobby into a profession and decided to pursue a degree in computer science.

  1. Centreon

    March 2024 - Present

    Site Reliabiliaty Engineer

    After my internship, I was offered a full-time position as a Junior Site Reliability Engineer at Centreon. I continued the work I started during my internship, and I also had the opportunity to launch new initiatives to improve the Centreon Cloud workflow and infrastructure.

    September 2023 - February 2024

    Site Reliabiliaty Engineer internship

    Since my previous internship at Centreon went well, I decided to reapply for a Site Reliability Engineer internship. During this internship, I had the chance to see the evolution between my first internship and this one. I worked on various tasks related to infrastructure management, automation, and monitoring. I also had the opportunity to work with different teams within the company, which helped me develop my communication and collaboration skills. I worked on the improvement of the mutualized resources between customers on Centreon Cloud, and the migration of corporate website to Kubernetes.

    2022-2023

    Computer Science

    At Epitech, we must do a year aboard in a partner university. I chose UQAR in Canada, where I had the opportunity to take courses in various computer science topics, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering.

  4. Centreon

    April 2022 - June 2022

    Backend developer full-time internship

    This internship was a continuation of my previous part-time internship at Centreon. I continued to work on the `Middleware` component, but also discovering the Centreon SaaS part (AIOps), and discovering Centreon Cloud.

    December 2021 - April 2022

    Backend developer part-time internship

    During this internship, I had the opportunity to work on a project that involved my discovery of AWS and developing microservices using NodeJS. I worked on the refactoring of the `Middleware` component, which is responsible for handling licensing and pluginpack of Centreon.

  6. CC'IN

    September-December 2020

    Web development full-time internship

    During this internship, I worked on developing an interface to encode and store videos for a local WebTV platform. I used PHP and basic front-end technologies to create a user-friendly interface for video encoding and management.

  7. Epitech

    2019-2024

    Computer Science

    A school that focuses on project-based learning and practical experience. During my time at Epitech, I worked on various projects, both individually and in teams, which helped me develop my technical skills. Projects were majoritarily focused on low-level programming, I also had the chance to work on web development, mobile applications and infrastructure.
